Also, thanks to the predominance of Mandarine, the oil exudes an intensely sweet, fruity, warm and enveloping scent. Together with Lavender and supported by Sandalwood, Myrrh and Frankincense, it not only has a calming and relaxing effect on falling asleep, but also has properties that strengthen and invigorate.

Thyme Linalool, - the gentle strong one - Myrtle and Cajeput support and help the immune system with their disinfecting, antiviral and antibacterial benefits.

Some essential oils contain active ingredients such as menthol,1,8 cineol, found for example in Eucalyptus and Peppermint, which can have a damaging effect on the respiratory tract that has not yet fully developed. Particular caution is required here!

A rule of thumb:

A 0.5% mixture should only be used from the age of 3-6 months. That means 1 drop of essential oil for every 10ml of fatty oil.

Essential oils should also only be used in small doses in the diffuser. That means no more than 3-5 drops per diffuser unit.

It is advisable to always seek the advice of a specialist with children.
